Shipping policy

New Zealand shipping fee:

• Orders of $99 NZD or more qualify for FREE delivery within New Zealand.
• Orders under $99 NZD incur a flat shipping fee of $19.99 NZD.

When will my order ship?

Orders will usually be dispatched within three business days (72 business hours). 

Please note there may be some dispatch delays during periods around sales or holiday periods like Christmas. You then must allow for up to 10 days with standard delivery by Australia Post.  Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Australian EST) and not on weekends or public holidays.
